I also offer 2 weeks free vacation each year to everyone enrolled. All meals, and craft projects are free, and No rates are ever increased (as you will find happens at the large centers). Qualifications: I have 18 years professional experience in the Childcare field, and have operated a licensed Home Daycare in Federal Way since 1991. I also have experience as a classroom volunteer at the local elementary school. I have completed nearly 100 hours of Early Childhood classes in many varied subjects ranging from infant care & nutrition to curriculum planning. Philosophy: Scientific studies have shown that brain growth is highest from birth to age 3, and that a healthy nurturing early environment plays a role in childrens school & life success.
